Manufacturing Process for Dry Noodles Production Line

1. For Flour  Supplying System

Flour through automatic flour supplying system will be, in a certain way (pneumatic conveying or mechanical transmission) sent to the metering device (usually equipped with batch). Flour after weighing measurement realize two mixer feeding alternately by a flour supplying auger. The whole system start and stop realize automatic control by the mixer work signal, which not only greatly reduces the labor intensity, improves the production efficiency and the continuity of production process, also improve the production environment. 

2. Dough mixing, curing, rolling: 

Flour mixing process includes brine mixing device (tank), quantitative water supply device and two mixer, the whole process has accurate water supply, system good continuity, high degree of automation. In addition the device can automatic filling, automatic open and close the cover, automatic discharging. And the rate of frequency double speed (liquid powder mixed with high speed and low speed dough), and adjustable speed, flour mixng time can be set according to the process. All operating procedures, steps and can realize automatic control of PLC program. 

Flou mixing made into dough after 5-10 minutes of slaking, automatic feed to compound calender, sheet after composite rolling forming another sheet into another curing machine after 10-15 minutes of curing again for continuous rolling to the required thickness, then through cutting, ram, shelves into the drying chamber. The whole process through the photoelectric switch and frequency converter to realize automatic intelligent control, easy operation.
